Monthly Tuition Rates are based on a student registering for the full nine and one-half months of instruction. Returning students who register after the start of classes will be expected to pay for the full nine and one-half month term. New/first time students must registerr for the full remaining term from the date of registration. Students who arbitrarily withdraw prior to the completion of their term of enrollment will be assessed two months tuition as a SEPARATION FEE. Students who must withdraw due to medical conditions, supported by a doctor's letter, or whose parents move out of the San Antonio metropolitan area, are exempt from this course of action.

Tuition is due at the time of registration and on the first of each month thereafter. Tuition RECEIVED after the eighth of each month will be considered LATE, regardless of postmark, and a LATE FEE of $5 will be applied to that month's tuition. Students whose tuition is not current may watch the first class after the delinquency occurs. Thereafter, the student may use the office phone to call their parents to remedy the matter, or pick them up.
